They didn't have time to get everywhere. It may be better to stick to obviously fraudulent areas like cities and maybe even skip whole states. One county in MS voted to keep historic segregated water fountains out in front of their county courthouse, and another voted to keep a confederate statue, so I'd imagine MS wasn't tampered with too badly and could be skipped.
