I have no doubt the big "get" is going to be the Dominion voting system and foreign election interference. This I think is the ace in the hole for Trump. I think that US military intelligence has been involved in the background from the start and has all the evidence of this happening. They prove that and everything that flipped to Biden gets flipped back to Trump and he can win on that alone. I have no doubt that there's a lot more going on then we currently know.
The gist is that Trump is not engaging the state court system including the supreme court of PA. He's using Federal law not state law and putting the decision(s) in the SCOTUS to rule on. He's putting up Constitutional challenges with a lot of supporting evidence that the state violated the US Constitution statutes which is going to be hard for the SCOTUS to deny. He's not going to get mired down in state law, he's going for the throat.
