It usually goes down like this:

This is where I ignore them until they actually ask me to leave. Once they ask me to leave I ask to speak to a manager, if it is the manager then I firmly let them know if they kick me out, I'll never return to their store to give them business and will be encouraging others to do the same. If I have items to purchase I just leave them where I was when I got kicked out as it's no longer my problem. Never really a big scene.
Some stores will immediately go to "ok well do you have a medical exemption?" in which depending on how I feel I'll just say yes and walk away. My county has a clause in the published mandate that allows for medical exemption and protects the person from providing proof and also prevents the business from using that as a reason to deny business. I just usually want the store to know why they lost my business instead of using an excuse.
