Anything less than half a term doesn't count towards the term limit. 22nd Amendment is very clear on that.

Obligatory reminder that Greeks and Celts sometimes wore dreds, thousands of years ago. Also, the Aztecs invented peanut butter.

That and it's a dumb idea; the term doesn't begin until inauguration.

Yeah, spending childhood on the casting couch seems to have that effect.

Yuri warned us, after fleeing to the US, that there wouldn't be anywhere left to go if the US fell.

Why to the EBT crowd have Iphones in the fist place - not a clue.

It's because we pay taxes to the pedophiles that rule our country.

Police won't do anything. Instead of wasting time on the cops they should just brick the nearby iphones.

Everything was peachy for him until he arrested the Baron Rothschild. Who's family and business associates took exception to that and then it was all downhill from there.

Dr Carson did good work in the Cabinet. Might be too nice, but him and Flynn are probably the best options right now.

Masters of doublethink, they only care about hypocrisy when they can sling accusations of it around as a weapon.

Maybe in some countries, but the definition our founders wrote was too narrow to include official dealings with a group we're a member of. Maybe if some shady backroom dealings can be proven it could work, but it'd probably be better to go with other charges like sedition since the founding fathers intentionally made it so hard to prosecute for treason.

I doubt he has the mental faculties to drag anyone down. And that may well be the angle they take to remove him, having a sudden health decline right before the deadline to get on the ballot, then he resigns for his health and takes the blame into retirement.

And if Trump does win, don't get complacent. They may well decide they were too obvious in 2020 and that their best option is to hold back the riggers and stonewall Trump until he's term limited. Lull all the angry folk back to sleep. Be especially suspicious if we win the presidency but they keep the Senate.

Doesn't work that way. Our founding fathers saw how the British used criminal and civil law to suppress and intimidate legislators, so they wrote article 1, section 6, clause 1 of the Constitution to prevent it from happening here.

The tl;dr: is that members of Congress can't be charged for what they say in their chamber while it's in session.

Treason doesn't work like that in the US either. Our founders saw the British abusing treason charges and didn't want that happening here, so wrote an extremely narrow definition of treason into the Constitution.

The debates are the GOPe throwing everything at the wall to see if something that can beat the bad orange man sticks. They're a sad act of desperation from a bunch of TDS-riddled neocon boomers.
