Trump is the only one to try and actually help those communities, getting unemployment down and median family income up to new records and look what it got him. Most of the people benefiting from those policies think he's a racist and are celebrating the installation of a puppet who will end those policies.
I suspect that would evolve into only people approved by the campaign finance ministry being allowed to campaign.

None. The only process to remove them legally between elections is for the Senate to vote to expell them. Several states have passed laws in the past claiming the right to recall senators, but they always get shot down in court.
