No matter what you think of the COVID19, we are going to come out of this with a great deal of unemployment. We need to push forward with a law to hire Americans first or face severe fines. We need to remove H1B visas holders and force businesses to train Americans. H1B jobs must be posted and every person applying for those jobs must be notified that a H1B visa holder was hired over them, if the American has the proper skills, she/he should have legal recourse against the company at 10x the salary of the person hired.

The lies from China caused this mess. The WHO was simply no more than a mouthpiece for the Chinese leaders, telling the world that there is no human to human transmission, and that travel to/from China should not be slowed. Our media failed this country because they are also controlled by the Chinese. We need a law that removes all Chinese ownership of any American media and any internet platforms that are based in, patented in, or are from America.
Why aren't businesses putting up signs. In <24hrs businesses could force congresses hand with 5,000,000 signs.

Leave kids in school. 100% isolate the elderly, sickly. Allow the virus to spread through the healthy community. This would drop the death rate to ~0.02%. Once the healthy people have acquired the virus and built an immunity to subsequent infections (~3 months) the rate of transmission would be significantly reduced. At that time, go state by state reducing elderly isolation.
Flattening the curve for all infections is not the key. The key is to flatten the infection rate of those that would require hospitalization.
A vaccine will take months to develop, months afterwards to mfg, months later to inoculate everyone.

I try to read from all sides of the spectrum on anything. I visit that reddit sub every few days. Every 10-50 posts is someone encouraging people to continue to support Bernie with cash donations. Even now, with Bernie having a 0% chance of winning they are still scamming those kids.
These are broke college kids being that are having $$ stolen from them and they have no idea.
Canada could be a 3rd world shit hole in another 10yr at their current rate of self inflicted destruction. Unlimited immigration that will overwhelm assimilation. Financially overwhelming socialistic programs. As of today they are marching down the same path as Venezuela, only faster.

I averaged all of the data from 2010 thru 2019:
28,650,000 Estimated Symptomatic Illnesses per year
13,300,000 Estimated Medical Visits per year (-46% of people go to Dr when they get the flu)
450,000 Estimated Hospitalizations per year (1.56% end up in hospital. Mostly >65yr old folks)
37,500 Estimated Deaths per year
0.13% = Deaths/Symptoms (for every 10,000 people with the flu; 13 will die)
0.28% = Death/Medical visits
8.39% = Deaths/Hospitalizations (8% of people put in hospital due to flu, don't come home) (This surprised me)
