“[M]itch McConnell was indispensable for President Trump in getting the judges on the court, getting a major tax cut through a very narrow Senate majority. But what I would say to Senator McConnell: I know that Trump can be a handful, but he is the most dominant figure in the Republican Party. We don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of taking the majority without Donald Trump. If you don’t get that, you’re just not looking. He was a hell of a president on all of the things that conservatives really believe in. It was a consequential presidency.”

“I’m sorry about what happened on January 6,” Graham continued. “He will get his fair share of blame. But to my Republican colleagues in the Senate: Let’s try to work together, realize without President Trump, we are never going to get back into the majority. And to President Trump, you are going to have to make some changes for you to reach your potential. Now, at the end of the day, we are going to hang separately, or we are going to hang together as Republicans.”

I get the comparison, but philosophically speaking, it's the parents that are illegitimate.

We have a right to know the name of the failed organization and law school, as well as anybody who participated in this decision.

They should be disbarred for their unethical behavior.

What is really needed is a much, much better battery. Any of you engineers freezing your asses off for the first time in a very long time -- do us all a favor, and build a better battery.

Just so you know, those northerners are lying their asses off.

Zero degrees F is cold, anywhere, and so is a week when the temperature never gets above freezing. I think the problem with this particular ice storm is that it failed to warm up the next day, as they usually do in Texas.

Lawsuits for defamation in the US are almost impossible for a public figure to win. The defamation law in the US is nothing like it is in Europe.

Because the national news doesn't report it, you assume.....

Seriously, enough with the Chicken Little bullshit.

Source: talked to person in San Antonio this morning. It's colder than hell, there is ice and snow all over, there are rolling blackouts, but sufficient electricity to keep the houses of infirm people warm in the supposedly neglected outing circuits.

Texans know all about hurricanes and ice storms. Fema will be deployed where and if it is needed, regardless of what the Washington Post, the New York Times, and CNN can see from 3,000 miles away.

Occam's razor says sheer human stupidity, namely the mistake of counting on average weather patterns instead of the known extremes, is more likely.

It's worthwhile to look for a potential online attack or other skullduggery, but unless you have evidence, it's time to relax and wait for information.

Texans know how to learn from natural disasters.

Stacy Plaskett is a pitiful and unethical excuse for a lawyer. And now, her performance as a House Manager for the second inexcusable impeachment of DJT is part of the permanent record of our country, the Congressional Record.

How terribly embarrassing. She's the kind of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name.

FFS, do you honestly think the Texas National Guard has the wherewithal to run a freaking power company? Listen to yourself!

The Texas National Guard will be very helpful, but there is no way on earth that they have the expertise to take over a power company.

Downsize the red pills. Make them small and verifiable. Point to specific misquotes, for example. Relax on your internal timeline.

You might want to try using one of the "bridge" people: Tim Pool, Joe Rogan, for example, people that normies tolerate more easily. If you throw Alex Jones at him, he will think you are a nut.

If our election was tampered with, we also have to check to see whether the grid was attacked.

It would be stupid to fail to look. Granted, the system got pushed, and it tipped over, but we should look, anyway.
