I'm watching the blooming open of a TV spin-off from Sherlock Holmes, so it's set in London, and there's this pretty, light-skinned girl with exotic-looking eyes.

Get to wondering if this is another injection of today's wokrness into an allegedly historical tale. She should have just been a character, not a political statement. This is something I never would have even considered a few months ago. Wokeism is racist and nasty, and I hate even getting dragged into the subject.
