You can select "Add to home screen" in your phone browser to create an App-like icon on your phone screens home screen.

On Android, with the Brave browser (maybe all browsers?), this now creates a seamless full screen web-app, without the browser bar. If you've already got a home screen icon, delete and re-add to do the magic.
