I literally did this. Got some land, built a small house. Mortgage payments well within my means. Paying it off very early. 36 years old, 2 kids and debt free besides mortgage and definitely not 1 blown tire away from homelessness. Gain a trade and live within your means and you'll never be broke again.
I'm in almost the exact same boat as you. I'm very in tune with my body. If I feel sick, I will stay away from other people especially vulnerable. And I am all for vulnerable people to get vaccinated if they feel so inclined. I for one, have a much better chance to catch and get over covid without any major issues than I do to take the vaccine. I'll take my chances with no vaccine.
I checked him out. Seems like a intelligent guy and a good person to push common sense narrative. Even better if he was previously a cross dressing liberal, might open the window for more people to open their eyes. I will continue to periodically check him out.
