I've read enough over the past couple days to get the gist of what is happening, my main concern is how much of a potantial impact will there be on the credit union I use where my checking/savings is located, basically my cash? If this ends up fucking the whole system will I not have access to my cash?
Sorry if I was unclear, I have a 401K that basically sits there and it "managed" by the firm my company uses. I don't mess with it much and don't plan on it at this point. My question pertains to my cash in my checking and savings accounts. It sounds like this whole scenario has the potential to bankrupt a large swath of our financial institutions and I dont want to be left unable to access any of my cash of that happens.
