Agreed, I honestly could write an entire essay that goes way over the .win character limit about how awful teachers are as a group of people. They almost all have this hero complex where they think because they are this great Socrates like figure teaching the youth to think and that they deserve worship for it. They get paid way over the median and average pay in the US while working less then have the gall to constantly ask for more money and more time off because their life is just too hard. They constantly push leftist political propaganda as history, overstate the validity of science on certain subjects, savagely abuse any kid who is a non conformist, step on the slower learners while simultaneously holding the fastest back. Please for the love of god and your children homeschool or private school them if at all possible, if you can't do that be as involved as possible in their day to day school lives. For the love of god homeshcool or private school your kids.
They have been that way since I was a kid too, they did this in the 2000s as well just not on racial lines. The schools system is designed to destroy children who think for themselves and they always rationalize it under being good for other students. They will hold kids back who are doing too well and also refuse to help kids who are struggling simultaneously.

I actually somewhat agree with the first point AOC made. The enormous amount of confused teenagers who were pressured by the education system and older generation to go and saddle themselves with college debt is massive and it was done under this whole idea of "what you don't want to be flipping burgers or trimming bushes" by a bunch of elitist baby boomers who hate any type of manual work. IDK if student loan forgiveness is the right way of handling it, im much more in favor of just reverting all federally backed student loans to simple interest and telling the banks to take a hair cut. I get that people like to bring out the strawman of the person who got a feminist dance theory doctorate from yale with 300k in debt but lets be real. An enormous amount of these people have marketing degrees, or English, or history, or any number of not particularly valuable degrees because they were told that you have to go to college it's a golden ticket. These people have 10-50K in debt from this endeavor that they will probably eventually pay off but they ultimately did not need to get saddled with it in the first place. The Banks and the universities and the government all are at fault here as well.
