Gonna be honest with ya, I plan on being a filthy immigrant in your country one day because my country is fucked. Just to list a few things the current trudeau leadership has done.
-Many of you are not aware but our glorious leader used the covid scare to attempt a Hitler-style (google 1933 enabling act) power grab that would have given him ultimate spending/taxation power, without need for the approval from parliament (the people we elect). He failed but it gives you a glimpse of what kind of leadership we have.
-Same leader decided one day he was going to ban thousands of firearms, including certain popular hunting rifles, citing that these were not needed for hunting (and then turning around and telling the natives they could keep these weapons for hunting).
-On top of just increasing the carbon tax and immigration targets again, foreign aid is also increased. All in a time where we have some of the worst employment rates in the g20, and housing is so scarce that the youth have no hopes of purchasing a home. One man spoke about our national debt during the election debate, as well as only this same man spoke about immigration and the affects on housing. He got 1.7% of the vote. No one cares in canada.
Why am I saying all this? Because i'm intoxicated. But, also, because i need to tell you that not only is your victory tomorrow a victory for The United States of America, it is a victory for you northern neighbours, and the western world. Four more years of Trump winning and making your nation greater, well that HAS to wake Canadians up to what they can potentially accomplish themselves. If they see what Trump can do, and they don't look for those same style of policies in their own new leader, they deserve what they get. Makes no difference to me I guess, since I'll be down there with you guys soon enough!

Sure, people are being forced to close down businesses they spent years or decades of their lives on, and teenagers are missing important information in school, or any of the other issues many of you face. One group of people isn't on here though, young children. 5 year olds have already missed nearly half a year of social development. Preschoolers can't even play with eachother. These kids will NEVER recover from this lack of social development like you or I will be able to recover financially. Imagine if this rolls into the fall, and those who should be starting the most critical class of all, kindergarten, will miss out on so much. These poor children.
