I drove from SoCal to AZ to go to a Trump Rally last year. I never felt more welcome, and saw as many CA plates as AZ plates in the lot.

Can you explain your reasoning? Every one of my friends and family that have left California are patriots theough and through. They’re tired of having their liberties stolen.

Does anyone ever consider that it’s mostly conservatives that are fed up that are the ones fleeing? We are legit refugees in search of asylum. A huge number of Californians are MORE conservative than most of your neighbors. I guarantee it.

Sincerely, A California Deplorable who doesn’t feel like she has frens anywhere :(

SO much support for Trump in Southern California. My neighborhood was Trump flags as far as you could see. Most flags were still up until January 7th.

My spouse is active duty Marines in California. They has asked around to contacts at different bases and all is quiet at least at the big coastal USMC bases.

Doesn’t mean nothing is happening, but wanted to put in 2 cents just in case it helps with misinformation.

I did this. Sold it all at huge gains. Thanks for the ride, big tech!

I'm in California too. So many people are sick and tired of this crap. More restaurants are opening because it's either that or close their doors forever. I try not to go anywhere that harasses me about wearing a mask.

Honestly, all our rentals are near military bases and we’ve had no issues with rent. Rental forbearance was not something anyone considered when getting into real estate.

I bought a Bitcoin the other day. So far so good!

Not sure. I’m not good for stock market investing advice. I suppose it depends on what the rest of your financial situation looks like. I’d never put everything into one thing.

Just starting out? Like for investing in general? Read Rich Dad Poor Dad.

It doesn’t. All that matters then is ammo and commodities.

I want to trade Tesla options, but haven’t worked that much play money into my account yet. I’m making decent cash on smaller EVs like NIO and WKHS.

Exactly. You can’t live like it’s all going to crash down, because if it does, it won’t matter anyway.

Aside from having some land, a smal seed bank, and some books about permaculture, I’m living like usual.

Oh, and guns. Cant forget those.

My options and day trading game is literally just for fun. I’m in to EV stocks and related ones like battery companies.

No, I inherited some of it. The majority of what I did myself was in reals estate, and secondarily through index funds.

No time like the present to get started!

The tax code worships real estate owners. We house-hacked our first purchase. It was a duplex that we got with a VA loan. $0 down with immediate cash flow. Literally free money.

Get er done.

I don’t do a lot of individual stock investing. I dabble in options trading, but stick to specific tickers.

Where you gonna stash it? Need to keep it safe from inflation. Something that is stable and will hold value. Real estate is my #1, but recently been putting some into crypto and gold.
