I've been following this for a while and it seems to be at a spark point, but militias storming the capitol or some kind of armed protest just makes no sense to me. You have no hope with the media power, so you should do something more drastic, secede to West Virginia. By declaring that you will secede from the state, you force them to take action, instead of sitting cozy in the city passing laws that take your rights away. You don't even have to secede to West Virginia, it could be another state. The armed protest ideas are retarded. The constitution and the supreme court seem to be pretty clear that seceding from the union is illegal, because its an "indestructible union", but seceding within the union to another state has never been done. As for the legal precedent, all it takes is a leisurely look at history to see that states borders have done nothing but change since the country's inception :)
