There's a good bit of Mcsally signs out there. She definitely isn't going HAM on Kelly on 2A issues, but maybe that's because AZ has become so purple that they think she'd actually lose votes by doing that.
Kelly is a total knob but he does have an impressive resume and he's a household name in AZ. Mcsally doesn't really have the same power in her name even tho she's got a good resume.
I think one of the other big things working against Mcsally is she's still got the McCain stain on her, and for hard core Trump voters that's a sign of weakness. Could benefit her with the AZ boomer repubs who love McCain tho. All in all I'd say she's more swamp repub than Trumplican, but she's a far better choice than Kelly.

I'm not 100% drinking the Kool aid and you definitely bring up some good points.
I drove a truck before my Tesla and I do miss being able to haul stuff around. I also admit that long road trips aren't perfect yes. I'd say 95% of the driving I do is better and cheaper with a Tesla than with my truck but on those edge cases I really miss my truck.
We will see how the CT does when it comes out. I'm pretty optimistic and it's actually cheaper than a new diesel, especially when maintenance over time is factored into the equation. But I'm not a farmer or someone who tows a trailer around frequently.
The good news is there is a ton of growth and innovation left to be had in the EV world where the ICE world has been stagnant for a long time. I think there will always be a place for diesel motors but I have no doubt EVs will be at least 20-30% of the global fleet in 10 years

They refuse to acknowledge that in many ways the technology is becoming a better option regardless of climate change or not.
