I think that between now and the 20th the risk of false flag related fuckery is much higher than the marginal benefit of a protest. At this point, everyone knows a huge number of people are angry.
After the 20th we will have a lot less to lose, and the protest will be much less constrained. How are we in a worse position by staying quiet until after the 20th?

If he says everybody show up with guns clearly he will get a big crowd. If he doesn't I am assuming he had some other plan. If he doesn't and biden is actually inaugurated, that's the time

I agree he handled it poorly. What the legislature guy was asking was correct, the black bars on top and sides are used to form a grid to locate the bubbles, and those appear to be correctly aligned.
The problem was some of the bars were about 50% too small. It didn't look obviously wrong but if the scanner is looking for a certain length bar it might consistently fail, which indeed was the problem... Very high failure rates.
Basically I would be asking the same question as that guy, it was kind of annoying.
I think the presenter isn't a very good presenter but what he presented appears to be pretty accurate. A forensic analysis should show up the issues quite well.
I didn't read the whole comments section but I think most of what you are seeing is the building wifi infrastructure. Note that many of the hidden nets are on the same mac address or same last 6 hex digits, and some are labeled "cisco meraki". Meraki is a commonly used wifi infrastructure brand and anything sharing 6 digits of its mac address is related to it, each one of those boxes hosts several wifi networks. So probably most of what you are seeing is not related to the tabulation machines.
