I was so thankful it dropped, plus now instead of getting 1 month, I'm getting 2 or 3 months for that low price so it's dropped even further than I could have imagined. I was spending over 800 a month and my SS is only 967.00 so this was a life saver for me. I also have an epipen but haven't had to refill that one yet so don't know. And I get mine at Walmart so I don't even do mail in, which is usually cheaper. I'm going to have to check into it to see.
I have asthma and COPD and yes, my med prices have dropped. I get generic for the albuterol but the Advair and Spireva were like over 400 a piece for 1 month and now I pay about 100 for 60 to 90 days for each.

It's not just pills. I used to have to pay over 450.00 a piece for Spirava and Advair each. If you take anything else, just add that to it. It adds up fast and yes, I have seen a huge decrease in my meds.
We love ours. You have to make sure you got the right ones in size. Medium or large. I use the large one but hubby likes the medium one better. And we wash and dry them all the time and they come out even better. I worked for a chiro for 7 years and it beats their pillows

I don't really know what Q is but I can tell you that I know plenty of respectable people who do. Everyone from Dr's, Lawyers and so on. Pretty much like this site and they believe in it and because of it, have delved deeper into what has been going on with both parties and found that it made them volunteer more for the campaign. When we did the Balderson rally in central Ohio in 2018, I met more black people who were also Q followers and it opened their eyes. So I'm good with it since it got some people off their asses to help. To not care about what's going on would be like the same people using this site to blame it for crap that isn't their fault.
