He said it would be wild.

He's talking about Iraq Oil right now. What the hell?

Thought there would be a fired up speech and dropping some truth classified truth bombs at the very least. Then say whatever happens at the Capitol doesn't mean a damn thing - we fight on.

This is none of what I thought

So this is just a speech rally? Are we going to hear YMCA afterwards? This isn't why folks showed up. They showed up to follow Trump. What the hell is going on? Pence is scheduled to certify in like 20 mins and everyone is just outside in the cold. This is disappointing and a distraction

Is anything going to happen other than just speeches? Its almost time for Pence to certify and folks are just standing in the cold listening to speeches

I'm done with the Republican Party. I had no faith in Courts doing anything. But these Republican state legislatures could have absolutely done something to prevent these fraudulent Biden electors. The last choice for Trump was to issue an EO to remain in control due to election fraud, but our Republican leaders are clearly indicating they won't support it. McConnell just wants his precious title and to say got do-nothing judges in the Courts.

Need to stop relying on the damn courts. Trump has lost 58 times. Its the Legislatures that need to do something. These are REPUBLICAN legislatures...supposedly

Kavanaugh is a traitor period. Trump backed him up the entire time despite his past as a drunken guy who may have been running a devils triangle on women. And this is the repayment? Ridiculous

Rep. Kelly did not file a petition for certiorari in his case; he had sought an injunction and asked the Court to treat his application for injunction as a petition for ceriorari.

The SCOTUS denied the injuction and there is nothing else for SCOTUS to consider. Not sure what else she is talking about.

Rep. Kelly could still file an official petition for certiorari, but not sure that would be the best idea after this injunction decision.

SCOTUS "docketing" a case is the Court saying "you have properly filed your suit," and nothing more.

It reflects no decision as to what the Court is going to do.

I just wouldn't put your last hopes on this. The Texas Solicitor General isn't even on the petition, thus it's hard for me to take it seriously. The last hopes should be on legislatures and no one is MOVING.
