You can sue claiming you can prove fraud. Dead people voting, Same person voting in multiple states/ jurisdictions, #maiden name voting and married name voting, and the big guns... Dominion voting machines vote switching and vote deleting.
First you sue to stop the certification from happening. Then you sue to contest the certification after it happens.

Trying to get the projected electoral college votes for BOTH Biden and Trump below 270. Easiest way is to have 3 of the "battleground" states NOT certify the election. If PA can't certify by the deadline then those 20 Electoral votes are not cast. Same for MI (16), WI (10), GA (16) , and AZ (11).
When they tally up the Electoral college votes and no one has 270 then it is turned over the House. Each state gets one vote for president... 26 votes here and you are elected President.
If you take the current PROJECTION of Biden 306 to Trump 232 then Biden would need to loose 37 electoral college votes to trigger this course of action. That math only works if any 3 or more of the above battle ground states are unable to certify.
