The evolution of the plan:
-
“Trump needed to let them steal election night to prosecute them for it. “
-
“Trump needed to let them certify and fully commit the crime before arresting them.”
-
“Trump needs to let Biden start the inauguration so we get them all in one place.” < we are here.
-
“Trump needs to wait out Biden’s first hundred days so his awful policies will finish waking up the people.”
-
No more posts or excuses because we’re all lying in a mass grave.
I worded my statement badly - you're right that he is blaming China for stoking the fires, which is good. But it just rubs me the wrong way to have Floyd's death be referred to as a 'tragedy', perpetuating the narrative that he was somehow wrongfully killed.
You’d think their Supreme Court page that showed 9 cut and paste Scalia might have been a giveaway....
Some people just really want to think he’s a traitor. We’ll see, but I’m reserving my judgement to see how he acts today, rather than going with some Twitter detractors. I pray he doesn’t let us down.
I wouldn’t mind going back to a property qualification even though it would disenfranchisement me. Or at least a net tax payer qualification. Lot harder to buy votes when the only voters are the ones whose money you are taking in the first place.
The insurrection act itself is an act of Congress, so they can modify or repeal it if they have the votes. Now, even if he couldn’t invoke the act specifically, he could still declare martial law or do whatever he needs to IMO, per his constitutional authority and obligation to defend and uphold the laws of the United States. But the many posts that say Congress cannot remove his powers to use the Insurrection Act itself are wrong.
I'm not in any of the seven mentioned states (RI here), but would be ecstatic if I woke up to talks rolling through the streets throwing our theiving commie politicians into prisons. We, like at least half the 'Blue' state this election, were also stolen.
Yep, it’s crazy. 40 years ago Providence was .1% Hispanic, now it’s almost 50% and growing rapidly. I graduated high school in 2011 and the Hispanic mayor showed up to give a speech in Spanish. One of the oldest cities in this country and you’d think you were in Mexico.
I think he means in the technical sense, where an 'alpha' is like the prerelease version of something where it's mostly finished and you are ironing out the kinks. Sometimes followed by a beta, and then the final full release.
Grew up in RI and moved back recently. Outside of greater Providence this state is pretty based. Without voter fraud it definitely went for Trump. Hell our state politics would probably be very different, but they’ve been cheating that for years and even liberals here would admit it.
Lived in Boston from 2013 until early this year. There are definitely stealth pedes throughout the city. We just can't signal it in any meaningful way without risking a brick through the window and a bike lock to the head.
Unfortunately we are the only ones unable to stop the constant influx of treasonous RINOS. We used to have what would now be considered 'dinos' in Rhode Island. Pro gun, anti abortion, relatively conservative. When the progressive movement starting sweeping the party, they successfully primaried every last one out of office. I can only hope we someday do the same...
I say returning to property qualifications is the way to go, and I don’t own property. It’s just madness to give people who have no ownership stake in a community control over it. If they wreck it they can just go on to the next place, no incentive to actually be stewards.
