I didn’t realize Samsung sold phones with unlocked bootloaders anymore. Granted I haven’t been in that scene in several years, but I thought stuff like Samsung Pay didn’t work with an unlocked bootloader.
Was never a big fan of CyanogenMod but used to load up other ROMs onto my original Droid phone as well as my Galaxy Nexus. Back before the manufacturers started locking down all their hardware. It’s too bad the only real unlocked phones now are Chinese and probably have hard coded spyware.

The time to try was two years ago, or, even better, before she won her seat in the first place.
They could have easily went after her brother-husband for immigration fraud and tried to get him extradited from the UK. Or at least used it as cover to investigate her own immigration fraud, both in the marriage and in her family’s entry into the US. The marriage fraud itself would not have been enough to denaturalize her, but the fraud on entry and in adjusting status may have been.
But investigations of high-profile subjects generally have to be approved by Main DOJ. Clearly no one had the stomach to actually do anything about it.
Of course it’s a deflection. There have been nightly firebombings of a federal courthouse in Portland and the media won’t even call them riots. But a few hundred people push into the Capitol building and they’re terrorists and it’s an insurrection.

Worst part is he knows they won’t honor any promises they made to get him to that podium. NY Attorney General is still going to go after him for whatever bullshit they scrounge up about his businesses. They’ll still probably hit him with obstruction charges for Muh Russia.
But this was his only move, and I don’t blame him for taking it. Sucks that the courts and the DOJ are so corrupt that they can force a sitting President into this position. Sucks that a protest more peaceful than any BLM bullshit it being called an insurrection and a terrorist attack. Sucks the most that we don’t have free and fair elections in this country, and probably haven’t for a long time. Sucks that we have a compliant and complacent media distorting facts and suppressing important stories.
