I guess compared to most other cities, it's thoroughly mexican. But outside of downtown is predominately white - especially on the north side of town. Amazing city though.. phenomenal food, scenery, and culture.

I love this painting. The creases in the table cloth show that they pulled it out of the closet for the special occasion. There are modest place settings, and small serving platters for a group of 11 family members. That big beautiful bird was probably hard for this family to come by, but family is all that matters to them, so it wasn't even a second thought. But this family has each other, and they have love, so they feel rich beyond measure.
