Tump should make clear that he'll deploy the National Guard when the Dems come to him and beg for his help and admit they mishandled the situation or they were wrong to de-fund the police, they support his DACA proposals and funding of the Wall, voter ID etc. Then Trump can move in and be a leader coming to the aid of embattled states and the voters when the Dems completely lost control
