In our court system, the burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused. In our system, we are the ones bringing the allegations, we need to bring the proof.

But what we need is cold hard evidence not that fraud occurred, but WHO did it. We need a suspect, a murder weapon, motive, and evidence linking them to the scene of the crime.
Until we have that, the majority of normies on the left OR on the right, won't give our theories the time of day.
My wife put it to me this way, all that proof is meaningless unless there's somebody to pin it on. Sure you can prove that the numbers are impossible, the statistical improbabilities, etc. But if you don't have proof of who committed the fraud, people are just gonna blow it off.
People need a face to put with the crime. Just proving that a crime occurred is not "proof" to a normal person. They need to know who was responsible, and that also needs to be proven.
It's like this: a dead body is found. There's blunt trauma to the head. We believe a murder has occurred. We don't just have to provide proof that the body exists and is dead, and that there was blunt trauma to the head. We need a murder weapon and a suspect, and we need all the evidence linking the suspect to the crime, before people will accept that's it's murder. Until then, it's just another dead guy. He could've fallen and hit his head for all they know.
