"Biden will not make it into the WH. Firstly, there is no excitement. There is always excitement when a new potus is elected, but not this time. It's eerily quiet on the Leftern front, the silence only interrupted by the occasional shrill screech for Trump to concede. Harris hasn't even resigned from Senate yet. I have learned in the last years to read between the lines. Because it's not what the media tells you, it's about what the media doesn't tell you. Right now lefties everywhere, like Pavlovian dogs, are salivating over the GSA letter to Biden, but something tells me they haven't actually read it. They are trained to salivate over the smallest things, but as per usual, miss the big picture.

"Dear Mr Biden" it starts. Already, if this isn't enough for some of you to see what's coming, there's more:
"I have dedicated much of my adult life to public service, and I have always strived to do what is right. Please know that I came to my decision independently, based on the law and available facts. I was never directly or indirectly pressured by any Executive Branch official—including those who work at the White House or GSA—with regard to the substance or timing of my decision. To be clear, I did not receive any direction to delay my determination. I did, however, receive threats online, by phone, and by mail directed at my safety, my family, my staff, and even my pets in an effort to coerce me into making this determination prematurely. Even in the face of thousands of threats, I always remained committed to upholding the law."
So the woman, her family, and even her pets were threatened. Interesting. Has Biden come out immediately defending her and denouncing threats made against a public servant? Of course not. And why wouldn't the same people who threaten, dox, and violently riot, also steal? In this case, an entire election, to get their way? Of course they would.
It gets better:
"I strongly believe that the statute requires that the GSA Administrator ascertain, not impose, the apparent president-elect. Unfortunately, the statute provides no procedures or standards for this process, so I looked to precedent from prior elections involving legal challenges and incomplete counts. GSA does not dictate the outcome of legal disputes and recounts, nor does it determine whether such proceedings are reasonable or justified. These are issues that the Constitution, federal laws, and state laws leave to the election certification process and decisions by courts of competent jurisdiction."
and reiterating again, just in case dementia-Joe still hasn't quite understood:
"As you know, the GSA Administrator does not pick or certify the winner of a presidential election. Instead, the GSA Administrator’s role under the Act is extremely narrow: to make resources and services available in connection with a presidential transition. As stated, because of recent developments involving legal challenges and certifications of election results, I have determined that you may access the post-election resources and services described in Section 3 of the Act upon request. The actual winner of the presidential election will be determined by the electoral process detailed in the Constitution"
So we don't see an excited Emily Murphy speaking to the next President, but we see excitement in Emily Murphy repeatedly telling Mr Joe Biden, that his 'win' is not a done deal, yet.
Draw your own conclusions. " - Depeche Model
First came the amuse-bouche, the initial court cases that gave us a little taste of what was to come. These were freebies that didn't really mean anything, but just got the salivary glands working.
The starters are happening now. These are the real cases going through the courts with evidence being presented for the first time. Very tasty with plenty of spice!
Next we will get to the real meat and potatoes of the main course - The Supreme Court. Any extra salt will be provided by liberals, but be warned, all deliveries of salt will be bulk deliveries.
Finally, the desert, which comes in the form of the victory - a second Trump term and (of course) two scoops!
"Rudy Giuliani defended the Trump campaign’s lawsuits in battleground states, many of which have already been defeated or dismissed.
Giuliani noted that Democrat Al Gore continued his election dispute against George W Bush for weeks after the 2000 election.
However, the 2000 election hinged on one state, Florida, where Bush led by a few hundred votes, and there were protracted arguments about counting disputed ballots.
That is not the case we face now. Biden currently has 290 electoral votes, and that is likely to grow to 306 votes once Georgia completes its recount.
So, even if one state were to flip to Donald Trump, which is extremely unlikely, it would not be enough to change the outcome of the presidential election.
More importantly, the president’s team has not produced any evidence to substantiate claims of widespread election fraud.
This race is over. The only remaining question is when (if ever) Trump and his team will acknowledge that. "
