The mask being a medical device or not (some are) is largely immaterial. If I am forced by a non-doctor (employer) to do things for medical reasons (wear a mask to prevent a disease), that fits the legal definition of practicing medicine without a license.

Based on no experience, and a wild guess, I'd say between 5000 and 7000. Did you get through security to the area GEOTUS visited? That was a life memory for me.
I think we were fortunate to not get in. Stupid six foot spacing between chairs, which I'm told was enforced. The energy was out back, where we were.
Best guess is 5000-7000. I was there, but I'm not a crowd analyzer. I'm sure it would have been over 10k had governor Tim Jong Walz not taken time out of his busy schedule of murdering seniors to try to keep folks home.
What you probably don't know is that they ran a mic to the holding area. Unfortunately, it didn't work. The feeling at that area was that if the mic had been good to go, he may well have done the rally from that spot, not the fancy podium.

It is my belief that Trump will win Minnesota. He isn't losing voters, is gaining voters, and no one is excited about biden. That said, I'm still voting Tuesday. I want a win, and after that, I want to run up the score. We also have to beat the fraud.

That would have been amazing. I'm not going to lie, when his motorcade came around the corner, it was an emotional moment. When he walked not more than eight feet in front of me, it was amazing. This President loves our country, and he loves us as well.
