Her first mistake was getting involved once she saw the suspect was black, and there was already a black officer dealing with him. If you’re stupid enough to remain a police officer, especially if you’re white, you need to avoid dealing with joggers as much as possible. Smiling, and waving would be my only course of action other than calling a black officer to deal with them.
Unfortunately, as you can clearly see in the video by the blatant ineptness displayed by the black officer, he is nothing more than an affirmative action diversity hire too. I’ve read this before too, but when I looked into it, it seems whites were still higher, but it wasn’t by nearly as much as people would think it would be. The main problem that really skews it is that blacks are disproportionately on welfare/government assistance. They’re a hell of a drain on the system. Most lower middle class/middle class working blacks are close to working whites when it comes to income.
