Some people realize the democrats will say they are working on it then never do anything. If they wanted 15 dollar minimum wage they would just pass it into law. They have the votes. The States were always meant to have a lot of power. By accepting Federal funds and letting the Federal government slide, they have allowed that power to erode. About time they took it back.

Being in jail isn't the same as being a criminal. A judge has to find someone guilty. I really don't think things will go that far. Lawsuits cost money and illegal arrests can be bank for those who get arrested without cause. Even if I think the whole system is rotten, there is fruit for those who are wronged, if only because the legal system is weighted toward the guilty. Innocence till proven guilty always.

I tend to disagree. Don't loose hope in the republic. I was there when the Texas Young Democrats were espousing immigrants as the savior for them in 2006. Come to find out, people from dictatorships do no like them. Hispanic voters aren't stupid. Voters aren't blind deaf and dumb.
