Interestingly enough there are conflicting reports stating that Maurice's real name was either Moses Joel or Joseph Levy, and it was he who Plagiarized the protocols as he had been known to do so with other works. He felt the events described within the protocols were concerning because they accurately reflected the events in his time. Crazy thing is, the protocols read like a description of today's society, but they were written well over 100 years ago. It is an interesting read and extremely detailed. When read, it is enough to make one pause and at least think on the matter.
