Can confirm. SIL works for the vaccine rollout operation here in town. They expect it to wrap up at the end of June.
My 17 year old wants to get it and we told her no. But she'll be 18 soon and then we won't be able to stop her. :(
Thanks! I was wondering about the different counting for the 2020 provisional count. I'm trying to piece it together.
And they don't get fat enough either.
Ivermectin and HCQ is taken all over Africa.
Nothing's gonna be easy now.
GEOTUS made the mistake of thinking that outperforming his opponents in rally attendance and supporter enthusiasm would ensure a win, and got what a less narcissistic person would see as an embarrassing loss handed to him.
Trump won. It was stolen. Period.
It's very easy to say "we gotta fight the steal, Trump shoulda been on top of it" as if it's just like snapping your fingers to fix longstanding and deep corruption.
I agree. In fact the excess US non-Covid deaths aren't that far behind the Covid deaths in numbers. This could be due simply to lockdowns. We have no idea how badly the second and third world will be hit.
What the fuck, lol. I am SKEPTICAL of OP's numbers, okay? That's why I'm asking for the source.
Typically you just get a splitting headache, severe body aches, fever, nausea, loss of smell and taste for a week or two.
We don't know what is typical, because we don't know the number of people who have gotten it without symptoms or with very mild symptoms and never even knew they were sick so never got tested.
We only sort of know the range of symptoms among the people who tested positive and were subsequently infected (as opposed to those who tested positive and were never infected or never had symptoms).
At least early on, you had to have serious symptoms in order to even be eligible for a test.
The numbers are skewed in multiple directions. And no one knows anything about long-term morbidity yet.
So basically no more than what most people experience when they get the covids. People are so dumb.
Can you link to the VAERS data? I am in an ongoing family argument over this. Thanks!
This is helpful, thank you.
Where do you get this? I have heard people say it but I made the mistake of repeating it without seeing the numbers and got spanked.
Admittedly the numbers come from CDC and the 2020 numbers are still provisional, but they are showing a big spike from 2019 to 2020.
You are less likely to die of covid than you are to be struck by lightning if you're young and healthy.
So why again should I take an experimental vaccine?
I'm still arguing with my brother about this and need back up - when you say "it also says they used different counting in 2020" are you referring to that CDC press release from a week or so ago with the provisional 2020 death totals?
This one? https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/70/wr/mm7014e1.htm
They are easy to find. As I said, to the extent we can believe in them. It's CDC, after all.
2019 total US deaths - official count, released December 2020. It is normal protocol to release the official count in December of the following year: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db395.htm
2020 total US deaths - revised provisional, released April 2021. It is not normal protocol to release provisional death totals - this seems to be being done for covid only: https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/70/wr/mm7014e1.htm
There are all kinds of problems with comparing these numbers but I'm just saying the numbers are out there.
"If the rioters are smart"
It doesn't matter whether the snipers can hit the rioters. It matters whether the rioters THINK the snipers can hit the rioters. That is the essence of deterrence.
I know, I used to live there in the '90s. Worked in the warehouse district, lived in Uptown, was downtown at First Ave etc. for shows all the time, always felt safe.
I think he will be acquitted but they're rioting either way.
Yep. The ethical solution that works. "Looters will be shot on sight."
Yes, I want to convince her rather than just forbid it outright. But "her friends are all doing it" and that is enough for a young girl sometimes. Ugh.
