My Irish blood demands the British sink. My American blood wants to throw their tea in after them.

Is this even an American tank? My first guess would have been a Patton variant, with the American looking mantlet and the initial shape of the gun, but that got thrown out lol, it just looks weird now.

Insider trading is only a thing if it's confidential information that you're not supposed to act on (IE if you're in office). You're just a dude who can tell the very public financial weather, so it's fine.

The smart ones are the ones playing video games and BSing reports in their comfy offices. The dumbass ones are the ones who end up doing all the work, either uncaring or exhausted to deal with their superiors.

Plato wanted the children of the politician class to be raised outside of their families to prevent nepotism and this BSery. The Republic is a fun authoritarian thought experiment, but damn is it right sometimes.

Because like it or not, we are still the World Police, the Superpower, and the cornerstone of international security. If the ME falls into chaos, so too shall we. Or do you not remember when ISIS roamed the earth nigh unchecked, murdering and raping across not just the ME and Europe, but inside of our borders as well?

Peace is a prize for all of us.

Even then RvW goes directly against the basis of Constitutional rationality, that being the understanding of 3 basic rights that were expanded upon during the Enlightenment; Life, Liberty, and Property. Our entire system is set up to protect these rights, but somehow the 1st doesn't matter anymore because...reasons???

I'mma keep it real with you, champ; that sounds like some 'duty to retreat' bullshit.

Self defense is self defense, whether for life or property, it doesn't matter. You protect your own, and what you own, and anybody who have said otherwise don't understand the mere concept of Rights.

Also he had a physical, assaultive crime committed against him, not words. Don't underplay what happened.

The basic bitch tl;dr version: If the material was distributed to Texas, then it's Texas problem. You can't throw CP across state lines and go 'neener neener you can't get me'. The only problem would be if another state did the same thing and they fight for legal supremacy in jurisdiction, though both states would have = jurisdiction.

Self defense and standing up for yourself should be celebrated and awarded, especially at such a young age! Great job!

The Beast is gas/bio/ect proof. Even if he was coughing all the way through the ride, there's a better chance of lightning striking you in the middle of a sunny day then anything getting in or out of that certifiable tank.

He's guaranteed his ability to be there by the 2A. Yes, even at 17. It's his literal constitutionally defined right and duty to muster with the militia when called upon.

He was called, and answered, as a Patriot should.

The pedophile was the one who chased him around what looks to be a parking lot while there were shots fired by a 3rd party. Still clearly self-defense, you do NOT need to let someone get into stabbing range when your life is threatened.

Back in ye-olden days whenever there was a successful coup the ruling family at the time was decimated. It was the unfortunate understanding that any surviving members were either to quietly stay out of country, or die in it...including women and children. It was this way due to how power, and thus legitimacy, was inherited down a family line. Even children could be used to regain power.

We tried to move past this, but the time may come where these de-facto noble families may find the bloodlust of the various revolutions and coups come for them. Ironic, considering these are the people who push and support such atrocities in the first place.
