Yes indeed. Just finished Arm Day today, so my body is pretty sore at the moment. But it's all gonna pay off. Today I'm having my morning tea (right now, post Italian Lesson,) a Monster Rehab (25 calories) for "lunch" and then for dinner I'm hitting Chick-fil-a for a regular sandwich, an extra chicken breast that I'm going to put ON that sandwich, and either a medium fry or a medium mac and cheese, depending on my mood. Will lose a bit of weight for the day via the intermittent fasting and lower calorie intake, have some protein to rebuild what I've worked out today, and any hunger in the meantime will spur on thoughts of spiritual matters.
Everything is working well for me, man. Just gotta stay committed to my path.
lol, that's exactly how I do things. Did an 11 day season of Prayer and Fasting before Easter. One day for each redeemable Apostle. Followed by three days of Feasting, one for each person of the Trinity. All said and done, even after the three days, I lost like 19 pounds. I'm gonna save this idea for this Wednesday, wherein I've got a day off of work and am planning on a day to celebrate the 6 pounds I've lost since then (and the muscle I've built up. I like having dominion over my body, have to say.)

And we also need to take into account that, generally, women take jobs that pay less over the course of a year because there's a higher percentage of women that don't WORK full time all year; Maternity Leave, Part Time Work while taking care of their children, being supplemental income for a family that already has a full time working Father, etc. So basically we've got a situation where, when you adjust for the falsity of the "Gender Pay Gap," these women actually have the same Active Earning Rate AS that 1200 a year median income, they're only falling short because of the average we're taking, which is skewed by the nature of their employment tendencies.

I agree entirely and completely. Long ago, like teen years, I was watching TV and saw something where the one family member was a criminal and the other knew and did nothing, I forget if it was real or a movie or a show or whatever, and I came to the conclusion that, yeah, if I found out that anyone in my family was a rapist or a murderer or a thief, I'd deal with that accordingly. Theft would go to the police, Rape would go into the ground and I'd claim self-defense after I confronted them about it and they attacked me, and Murder would be either one depending on the reason and type of victim. Premeditated against an innocent and you're in the ground, crime of passion against an asshole and you get the court system.
Because anyone who does these things is no family of mine. Police need the exact same mindset. Nobody who will violate the Actual Law to enforce Fake Law is actually "True Blue" and any Good Cops NEED to correct this issue, or they're just as guilty.
I've built a bunch of these for customers at work. They're solid as all hell, and a quality product... but still like 2x as expensive as is warranted. We don't carry Webers anymore, besides the Smokey Joe and the Jumbo Joe, which are still slightly overpriced but nice charcoal grills either way.

Got myself a pretty good routine so far, will be improving it as I get more equipment. Been getting quite a few compliments from my SUPER HOT boss lately; turns out that she was a Fat Girl back in the day, and that my progress is very impressive. Bonus Points: she said that she's gotten fat again, and I got to laugh and say that she looks great and that if she did put any weight on, she put it in all the right places.
Point: We don't need these places. We with Drive can take control of our own lives. A Gym would be nice, but nobody's gonna tell me what I've got to do unless that person's name (one of those names, at least,) is Jesus.

Oh, believe me, I understand. I grew up with "The Policeman is your Friend," and while that was true back home, and around where I live now it's still 85%, 90% true, back home NOW it's only around 20% true, as I see when I visit relatives who are still working on their own exodus.

Even the sluttly looking white girls on street corners with their crappily made signs that declared that "White Silence is Violence," who yelled at people who were driving to work, were quickly dispatched with fines for harassment.
