This whole situation I discovered my wife was basically a closet leftist. She immediately jumped on the "cops are racist" bandwagon. When my initial instinct was to look objectively, and realize that there is no evidence to make such an assumption. I could immediately see the media spin this as a race war while I was skeptical the whole time.
