This should be easy to solve. Just pull up all the registrations in NYC and look for those filed by small women. Then whittle then down based on race and size. They should easily have the shooter before dinner.

Unless it's an unregistered pistol, which is highly unlikely... (Sarcasm)

The idea it was done for racism is something a low-IQ person believes.

The original plan was to bring the interstate through to the river. The business and French Quarter community protested that it would destroy prime real estate. So they went with the backup plan.

There's only so many open areas running through the city to the downtown. In the 1960s there was no other route that could be done at such a low cost with as little displacement as possible.

Even then, the roadway is elevated and the commercial sector is still there. It just became undesirable for new development. They act as if dropping a housing project nearby had no impact too.

"Ya see, kid, your 'dad' got into left-wing activism to try and impress substandard women back in college. Eventually he developed an unhealthy paraphilia involving humiliation. I hope you learn to be nothing like him."

But he never gave her a baby.

Left-wingers don't have friends. They have conspirators. They expect everyone else to keep their secrets about who they really are.

Well, faggot, what is the deer hunting rifle you have? Is it a 30-06? Is it a cartridge or action based on a military design? I bet it is. But low-IQ gun grabbing faggots don't know much about guns. Luckily Blue Falcon faggots are easy to identify.

Same here.

My school had black students celebrating in the hallways. One of my 'friends' later told me it was because they got together for weeks leading up to the verdict with other black students to watch black identity films to build up their anger.

Racism is very popular in the black community and most folks don't want to address it.

Now, I don't treat black folks any different than I do white folks. I just don't pretend to ignore their racism as a lot of folks do.

Yeah. It's hyperbolic. We only need to remember the ones who said nothing and treat their complaints of racism accordingly.

They'll do a modified DC model.

Something will happen and they'll deploy NG troops to cities. They'll control access to sensitive commercial and industrial areas ensuring compliant people have free travel.

You fell for the trap of Zhao Gao.

He was an ancient Chinese politician who used cunning and political favors to consolidate power. He once presented a deer and called it a horse. When people asked why he called the deer a horse, he let them ask. Then when it came time to purge, he purged people who didn't agree that he had a horse. He let their loyalty to the truth mark them as a potential problem.

What you were supposed to do was say "yes". By asking "why" you showed them that you think too much. They don't like that. They want people who when asked "is this a deer or a horse" to give the answer that Zhao Gao gave.

When you get down to it, it's way worse than 59% with a 40 year actuarial table.

Most the leaks under Trump were completely fabricated.

I took a deep.dive into Twitter to see what the hoi polloi reaction is.

Apparently the people who would pay $1,019 for this shoe are also legal dunces. Shocking, I know.

The more I look at it, it seems the "art collective" that the fool tied himself to got a shoe manufacturer to clone a classic Air Jordan design with little modification. They kept the Nike logo on it, which is a huge problem. If they did their best to not include specific trademarks, they might have gotten away with it.

MSCHF, the defendant, may as well sign over every asset they have to Nike.

From what I gathered, they previously modified an existing Nike shoe for a one-off run of "Holy" footwear. Based on that successful endeavor they created a wholly new product based on a Nike trademarked product which includes trademarked logos and design with the Satan theme overlaid on it.

It strikes me as so legally dense only an artist who never even consulted an IP lawyer could have done it. Fair use doesn't allow this at all.

The funny thing is, she kinda didn't fuck up.

The company is being sued by Nike for making them without specific approval. That she believed Nike directly licensed them is part of why Nike is suing the company. It sorta makes Nike's legal argument that confusion exists on the licensing because of their actions.

Is this the one who said he trained with CIA, FBI, and police (all off the record) and is an unofficial security expert? The one who testified how the knee on the back of the neck cut off both corotid arteries?

Is that the one?
