All their claims presume every actor in the election process from start to finish acts in good faith.
A company can claim their deadbolt is top in quality and sure to stop any crook. The lock can still be bypassed if nobody locks it.
Hehe... Check it out. I wasn't far off. An actual press release from them from 2015:
On October 15 and 16, The Wall Street Journal published two front-page articles about Theranos. We have heard the questions that have followed these stories and want to provide answers.
As we provide these answers, it is important not to lose sight of a few simple truths:
Theranos’ technology is reviewed by regulators, proven in the field, and praised by leaders in the industry and doctors and individuals that we serve.
We provide blood tests faster, requiring far less blood and patient discomfort, than for any test previously available—or available today from any other laboratory.
We have run more than 3.5 million tests, with patient satisfaction scores from tens of thousands of patients that consistently rate Theranos, on average, over 4.8 out of 5. To our knowledge, we are the first laboratory to publish our prices, lab proficiency-testing scores, customer satisfaction scores, guest visit times, and more on our website.
We are confident in the reliability of our tests, because we comprehensively validate the accuracy of every test we run. In addition, we are the only laboratory that has committed to submitting all of our laboratory-developed tests, including our technology, procedures, and methods, to FDA for review and clearance. FDA has already cleared one of those tests, including our underlying test systems and Nanotainer™ tubes, for use in detecting the herpes simplex virus (HSV-1). The decision summary, which describes the rigorous science behind the clearance, is available online.
The faster speed and lower cost of our tests mean that consumers, and their doctors, can monitor their health so that problems are identified early enough to be addressed by medical professionals. Our lower prices can reduce the cost to insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid by billions of dollars, and can give individuals access to critical health data they could not otherwise afford.
Our proprietary devices are making it possible to run finger-stick samples for tests that could never be run on finger-stick before. We began using our proprietary devices in our lab at the launch of our retail operations. And we initiated filings with FDA two years ago—by choice, not necessity—because we are seeking to create a new model for laboratory testing standards, and have championed FDA oversight ever since. It is the right thing, which is also the hard thing.
We are the same company offering the same services as we were last week.
I posted this as its own thread but here's Theranos' response to the WSJ report that outed them. I'm thinking it's the same press agent:
“Today’s Wall Street Journal story about Theranos is factually and scientifically erroneous and grounded in baseless assertions by inexperienced and disgruntled former employees and industry incumbents. Theranos presented the facts to this reporter to prove the accuracy and reliability of its tests and to directly refute these false allegations, including more than 1,000 pages of statements and documents. Disappointingly, the Journal chose to publish this article without even mentioning the facts Theranos shared that disproved the many falsehoods in the article.”
Furthermore:

2013: Theranos is worth billions and has been through various tests to determine the accuracy of their method. It's just impossible that it could be a scam. For a decade now, this cutting edge company has lead the way in revolutionizing blood testing systems. The SEC and various other government agencies can confirm that it has always acted above board and without any shenanigans of any sort.
The charges by a couple journalists against the CEO are baseless and reckless.
Men didn't get to where they were through luck. They labor on the idea of intrinsic equality. That those on top got that way through some sociological means.
They're going to find out eventually how unskilled they are once things come to blows.
They championed Cyntoia Brown, a 16 year old prostitute that murdered her John by shooting him in the head as he slept. She then robbed him and used the money to buy drugs for her pimp.
They demanded she be given a reprieve because she was a black teen. They lied about her victim calling him a rapist.
And don't get me started on how they championed the Central Park 5.
So, yes. If Kyle was black, they'd be demanding he be given the highest honors possible.
Looks like per his wiki he came up through the Denver political scene. So he probably knows how to work the system.
Someone vandalized his wiki already: "Mayor Hancock is best known for telling his constituents to stay home and stay safe from COVID during Thanksgiving in 2020; however, he ignored his own advice and was caught flying on a commercial flight to Mississippi to visit family. This incident led to the creation of his nickname, "Hypocrite Hancock.""
What's to not understand? The state itself allowed large gatherings. They then tried to ban specific large gatherings. What "expert" believes that 100 people gathered for a BLM protest is safe but 100 people gathered for the sabbath is unsafe? Zero. Zero experts believe that.
Yup. This is why some tribes liked the Americans. We protected them against the more hostile tribes. Others sought us as allies against tribes that stole their lands.
It's pretty complicated and anyone boiling it down to whites stole the Indians land, is an intellectual dullard.
