I left my job (and moved the fuck out of commiefornia) after my boss stated “I have no choice in the matter” when refusing to be a part of their diversity and inclusion initiative. Terms like unconscious bias, racial literacy, and garbage like this are being force fed down people’s throats, and you’re right, the woke eat up this garbage like it’s candy. A person from the next cube over even stated “I have white male privilege” for being able to think like I do, this is the other sides mentality. I could deal with a once a year course like they do with sexual harassment for liability purposes, but these D&I classes are constant and followed by meetings do discuss the topics, when people should be doing their fucking jobs. Fuck woke.
