Except it does because regardless of whether or not that's true, most of those countries pay for their healthcare through taxes. We don't in the US so exorbitantly high taxes in Europe are largely, or at least in part due to healthcare.

I deal with the EPA a decent amount at my job and let me say they do a lot of necessary shit but they also do a lot of useless, inefficient, wasteful shit. When I hear Trump cuts X part of the EPA or loosens Y regulation its almost always part of the latter shit. Just because he does that doesn't mean he isn't trying to do common sense stuff that is actually worth it that helps the environment.
