This is what I've watched: https://youtu.be/-VCsj5a1ew8
Here you go! It's worth the watch. While the leftist harpies, Dallet and Karofsky, are annoying as fuck, the Trump lawyer is unflappable, smacks them down, and the three conservative justices get the Wisconsin election committee and Biden lawyer to admit that the law was violated: https://youtu.be/-VCsj5a1ew8
I know this is kinda queer, but as a resident of Wisconsin, I just made a point to call each of the three conservative justices who actually stood up for the fairness of the election and I left them each a voicemail thanking them for being fair.
Karofsky and Dallet are unhinged leftists who showed their asses repeatedly in that hearing. Any reasonable person watching that can see how their both huge partisan hacks. Dallet saying photographic evidence of a person at a rally found on Facebook wasn't valid evidence to prove someone lied about being INDEFINATELY CONFINED was hilarious. She was so salty, lol.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court case hasn't been ruled on yet. I think Monday they will. I watched the whole thing. There were two loud-mouth, unprofessional leftist judges bringing up the stupidest questions (their main arguments were 1.) "muh racist disenfranchisement" and 2.) Why didn't you sue about these disparate election violations BEFORE the election!?!). Very weak case on the Biden side. There were two attorneys (one for Biden and one for the Wisconsin Election Committee) and their whole case was "Well, technically yes, this violates Wisconsin's state statutes, but it was what the election committee was telling people to do so that trumps the law, right?" There was another left-learning judge that was a little prickly towards the Trump attorney and then three justices who were obviously more sympathetic to the Trump attorney and grilled the other two attorneys for Biden, making them admit that what happened violated state statute. Then there was one justice who said literally nothing. He'll most likely be the deciding factor.
I recommend you all actually watch the whole hearing (1.5 hours). Trump's attorney was not only not stumped but basically showed the leftist judges their own foolishness and emotionality. https://youtu.be/-VCsj5a1ew8
Yup. She happened to have her election just as the outbreak started. I'm watching the hearing now and she is just a shrieking harpy. How anyone can take her seriously is beyond me and how her non-questions, putting words in the attorney's mouth were tolerated is even more infuriating.
First, I have to state that I think Biden anywhere near the levers of power means the US will be irreparably harmed.
As for if I was running the Trump Team's efforts, I would be centralizing all of this. I'd first file lawsuits demanding a full investigation into fraud allegations (as of now, most lawsuits have been "overturn the election results wholesale" or "stop certification" rather than "Give us full access to investigate what is going on"). Then, I would be organizing rallies in GA, WI, MI, AZ, NV, and PA DEMANDING that their states fully investigate all claims of voter fraud and have an answer to each question raised by all claims. Lastly, I'd be organizing other rallies and call-in campaigns to have constituents demand their GOP elected officials pledge to support any and all investigation into voter fraud claims. So far, there has been 0 centralization with #StopTheSteal and most of the demands I've seen have been unrealistic at best and fully ignorant of the Constitution at worst.
I wouldn't be calling on emotional online whiners to "arm up" without having an actual plan of action. It's meaningless as it will not get results unless there is a coherent plan.
I can't stand these LARPers. People need to stop their unrealistic, unfeasible civil war fantasy BS and actually do shit that will help things. The problem is that these things don't happen overnight and it seems the doomer civil war enthusiasts don't have the ability to focus on an actual long term solutions and would rather LARP that they're gonna do something.
All the doomers here are demonstrating that they really don't believe in what the founding fathers intended for the US stand for and instead want to be Balkanized tribalist babies rather than fighting against the evil in the country/world.
Dem voter fraud is RAMPANT in Milwaukee and Dane counties, our two most populous and most leftist, but Wisconsin is truly conservative at heart. I don't trust the election results that put bitch Dem Tony Evers as governor over the amazing Scott Walker who revitalized our state, but the entire legislature (house and Senate) is VAST majority Republican. Our Supreme Court is also pretty conservative and has already struck down most of Evers's totalitarian COVID-19 edicts.
What I want more than anything from the legislature is them to sanction a full investigation into the election and to pass laws to ensure this shit never happens again.
I mean, I will be completely honest. With how supposedly "hopeless" this all is, the media and Dems cries of "CONCEDE NOW, YOU'RE RUINING OUR DEMOCRACY BY INVESTIGATING THIS" leads me to believe they're scared. I've actually seen far less gloating from the Left over the alleged Biden victory, mostly because I think they know something isn't right. The more people say "Welp, we just have to accept the results! No use in trying to fight it to the bitter end" or "Welp, let's Balkanize and secede via war" is just nonsense.
If we can show the fraud in the court of law in even ONE state, 1.) people will not trust the Democrats for the rest of living memory 2.) steps will be taken in states across the country to FINA-FUCKING-LLY take election fraud seriously and pass laws to ensure this never happens again.
Mark my words, if Republican legislature led states take action NOW, there is no way in hell Dems win another election in any remotely swing state area. I know it's frustrating as fuck that they haven't done a damn thing about this already, but that's why it's even more important for us to hold them accountable, rather than just say "war".
What I don't get in ALL of this is that it seems that the best, most reasonable "relief" either state or federal courts could provide is to allow for a full forensic audit/investigation of the questioned elections. I forget who said this prior, but basically you bring up the really shady stuff we've seen as probable cause then let discovery happen to allow the Trump Team to fully investigate things (people on the voter rolls who illegally voted, a look into signatures, reviewing chain of custody records, etc.).
I don't see how that is unreasonable. I'm not sure if it's that the Trump Team isn't requesting this particular thing (most of the featured motions basically just seemed for a call for an injunction against certification or a de facto "overturn the election results now") or courts are denying it. Can anyone clarify?
I understand this is a time consuming process but I don't think "Welp, there isn't enough time" is an excuse to NOT investigate rampant voter fraud. Like courts could say states are allowed to certify whatever they want, but if this investigation turns up anything substantial, that certification WILL be overturned, regardless of when it is.
Honestly, it's sort of a travesty that there's been no place besides here that has a concise rundown of all of the post-election challenges. The half-heartedness of far too many conservatives, particularly the ones in media, makes me so angry. Glad that I can get some real info here.
If this is proven in court -especially in multiple states -I don’t see how the Democrats ever recover as the American people will never trust them again (this election -prior to stopping the vote counting -showed me that people are realizing how much the left is against them, so it’s already starting). Which is why part of me is worried that the courts -particularly the Supreme Court -will try and downplay this as to not cause a “Constitutional crisis” or something.
So I just focused on the last 4 vids which supposedly show things from 9:56PM - 12:45 AM. There are several problems: 1.) None of the videos show later than 11:15PM and one even shuts off at 10:56PM 2.) The 2nd to last video listed goes from 9:55:50 PM to 11:15:00 PM, a period of 1 hour, 24 minutes, and 10 seconds. But the video itself is only 54 minutes and 40 seconds, a discrepancy of 29 minutes and 26 seconds (I have time stamped skips below). 3.) There is negligible amount of overlap between the 4 angles so any period of time skipped will have no footage for a large area of the room.
Here are all of the skips I observed in the 2nd to last video: 10:34:12-10:35:59 (1min47sec), 10:36:42-10:38:07 (1m25s), 10:41:45-10:47:06 (5m21s), 10:47:27-10:49:57 (2m30s), 10:50:39-10:52:05 (1m26s), 10:54:12-10:55:17 (1m5s), 11:05:35-11:12:42(7m7s). All told, that's 20m40s of skips which means there's another 9 or so minutes of smaller skips peppered throughout.
This begs the question: why were there so many large gaps in this video?
