Confusion, vomiting, and slurred speech would be VERY bad, but judging by your comment it did not occur. Being helped to one’s feet, retaining memory of the events that led up to the knockout, and being able to walk without assistance indicates it’s most likely concussion but could have underlying problems, and if she were smart she’d get checked out at a doctor’s/hospital.
