1. Repeal Bidens law that prevents people from discharging student debt in bankruptcy
2. Change federal loans structure - students only get loans equal to 1x the average yearly salary of people in that profession. You MUST declare a major to get a loan.
3. Loans are public debt, and are pegged to inflation so nobody gets hosed with high interest rates.
4. US citizens only.
5. 100% of your federally paid taxes goes to repaying the loan, before any of your taxes paid goes towards the general fund.

Then we can do this:

1. Federally buy out all of the outstanding student debt, peg the interest to inflation, and apply #5 above to pay them off.
