I vote for what history has shown us time and again is the most effective way of killing commies: Let them have communism.

Give them a huge, walled in area of one of our low population states. Give them some farming equipment, some seeds, and some building supplies.
They will die off of starvation and purges in no time. The supplies will have hardly been touched (seeing as how no single individual will have an incentive to work fornthe benefit of others for no additional compensation), and we can reclaim all of those.
The world gets another lesson on how communism fails, and we keep our hands clean.
