It looks your county is also using "scanners" in conjunction with paper ballots. Despite the company making the scanner is different, the concept of these counting exploits remains the same.
As someone in the technology field, it would be trivial for me to make an application that records your votes and pushes the results into two databases:
Actual Results | Final Results
Where Actual Results allows anyone to "check" if their vote was counted properly, and Final Results includes any vote weighing or switching.
I don't believe there is a compiled list, but you can check your county here.
Here's a link to Montgomery County's published information that shows which machines they use.
The page indicates Armstrong, Bedford, Carbon, Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Fayette, Jefferson, Luzerne, Pike, and York counties use similar machines to Montgomery county.
I also grabbed Allegheny/Philly county information:
Most voters in Allegheny County will vote using a hand-marked paper ballot. Some voters will use the ES&S ExpressVote 2.1 to mark their ballot. All voters will use the DS 200 Precinct Scanner to cast their completed ballot.
All voters in Philadelphia County will vote using the ES&S ExpressVote XL.
If you have a specific county in mind I can check to see what's listed for it.
