I have to use Salesforce for work. Ironically being the market leader, it’s the most infuriating, counter intuitive, maddening, ass backwards piece of business software I have ever used. A complete cluster phuq of a junk application. You spend more time working out how to enter something or stop a stupid error message popping up, and or wrestling it to make it work how you work, than actually getting work done. Or, often tied up entering data into salesforce about what you’ve been up to /clients talked to because bossmans want visibility than actually getting in your company sedan Charger RT (5.7 litre V8 purposely chosen to annoy climate lefties in the company) and going to see clients.
Christ, keeping a paper notebook is probably better than Salesforce. So many other CRM software solutions out there that make Salesfarce look like windows 3.1.
Worse, once they sell you this turd, any help you need about how to do something on it, tough shit, tech support go talk to your internal IT which is useless and just tells you to use Trailhead to learn. Trailhead is just annoying chirpy bitches on videos and mostly walls of text.
Salesforce ckassic was bad enough when I used it years ago but al least it made sense on a click to do something basis. The new “lightning” is just over engineered eye candy bullshit. No easy way to see what things you have entered “recent entries” type list, to jog memory of what you were doing yesterday, who you talked to etc. No no, apparently I have to create a ‘custom report’ to generate said recent activity.

I actually have to frequently flip to classic mode to find my recent history. Their guidance “no use the lighting it’s really good, honest” the same bullshit when Microsoft tried to tell us the office ribbon on office 2007 onwards was really better than file, edit, tools etc, and just middle fingered millions of users working a perfectly good menu system for 30 years.

TBH PepsiCo is quite cucked too. Really, I get the feeling if one was to not buy every brand that went full retard, there would be practically nothing left to eat or soaps etc to wash with. Seems most of the brands in the supermarket has gone retarded at some point in the last 15 years.
Perhaps we really will just have to make an effort and try and find smaller, lesser known brands not owned by the big cucky conglomerates.
Another problem is that small family or small biz brands constantly get vacuumed up into the fold of the conglomerates, either by stock take overs or just agreeing to sell.
