I’m just sayin that we shouldn’t get too cocky about this because it might bite us in the ass if coronavirus gets out of hand. This is not your average pandemic, & you already see it’s affects on the market. It’s good that we’re high energy on issues like this ( it contributes to the recovery of the economy, and the softening of blows like this), but Trump relies on the economy booming for him to win this next election; so we have to be very careful with the coronavirus, and it’s market affects.
Look I get the idea that the media is trying to overhype the panic on this; but on the real this is a dangerous outbreak, & it would be very beneficial to our cause to take this seriously so we can avoid a national embarrassment. I would rather take it more serious than not is what I’m saying, just to be safe.

89.3 Million cases - 18,306 death - thats a death rate of one per 4861 cases (that is quite low) ; Coronavirus worldwide - 167k cases - 6449 deaths - thats a death per every 25/26 cases (which is the percentage that is generally accepted give or take(also note even by conservative CDC estimates it is still much higher than the H1N1 death rate); so needless to say quite a bit higher than H1N1; I am sad that a solid amount of Geotus supporters believe this is fake news, it is not. This is a serious epidemic, & it should be taken as such; note I do believe the media response is a bit crazy, but it is dumb to believe that it is just a hoax. China did not quarantine Wuhan to spite Trump, neither did Italy lock down their entire nation to endanger our movement. Sometimes things of this nature are hoaxes, and the like. But I beg of you to take this seriously, this will be Trump's one, & truly only stain if this epidemic isn't combated properly. Godspeed, & good health to all of you.
Edit to respond to disagreements: Generally the response of people who disagree with me is that - 1. The virus is ongoing, & it's statistics are not wholly accurate - 2. In different countries the death rate widely varies, & that in some countries with sufficient testing the death rate is much lower: In response to 1, I have to say that is a fair point, but we are not looking retrospectively at this right now, we have to make best of the current information, which leads quite easily into 2. Even with the current estimates out of South Korea being much lower than others the death rate is still much higher than H1N1; on an extra note the argument of "non reported cases" came up a lot in the dissenting comments with the idea that there are probably many more people with the coronavirus, but they haven't reported it. Which in turn would further lower the death rate. In my mind this is generally refuted by the idea that the coronavirus is much more serious than that. Most reports I have found suggest the Idea that the virus is exceedingly more serious than just a common head cold, or something of the like. In conclusion H1N1 was altogether less severe than coronavirus, & it shouldn't be seriously compared to debunk coronavirus hysteria. (P.s I saw a comment saying that people on this subreddit don't think it's a hoax; personally I have seen much that would disagree with that.)
