In my opinion, yes. First couple of seasons have copious cheesy moments. Once they get past the monsters and move on to the spiritual realm with the angles and Lucifer is when it hooks most people. Acting as you would expect but the stories and character development is addicting.
Supernatural went from some late night chick show to being absurdly viable. These people have soled their souls to crossroad demons. Or are vessels for demons themselves. No one can change my mind.
