Yes, but each agency and even departments within agencies may be different, depends on IT infrastructure.

Don't get too excited though, they block most everything. Reddit, twitter, email, linkedin, facebook, none of it works.

Well yeah, he already had the virus so he has built-in immunity now.

What a load of fake news.

Even IF an employee was "tricked" into revealing his two-factor authentication details all 12 agencies don't share the same authentication source so one guy cannot give you magical access to 12 agencies.

Additionally, separation of duties exists in IT. Years and years ago there were "skeleton key" accounts but not these days. Everything is separate and limited for this exact reason.

I wish we could get something like that down here. Typically VA gets a big storm every few years but it's been dry lately.

Report is due 45 days after the assessment. Assessment is due 45 days after the election.

ODNI is referencing the 18th as the due date for the assessment so I think it’s safe to assume they mean 45 days after Election Day.

2
Bundabar 2 points ago +3 / -1

Always has been. The report isn’t due until 90 days post-election.

Assessment is within 45 days and then report within 45 of the assessment.

Assuming the election was concluded on 11/3 the latest the assessment could be delivered is 11/18. 45 days beyond that to generate a report puts us around February 1st.

Nothing says it can't be done sooner but there's really no guessing what the timeline is.

Don't get caught up in this please. The EO says "not later than 45 days after the conclusion of an election...shall conduct an assessment...shall deliver this assessment".

Is the election concluded? It's really unclear if we've even entered this 45 day period since as we all well know, a winner hasn't actually been declared so is the election done?

THEN "Within 45 days of receiving this assessment... shall deliver... a report"

There are no hard timelines in EO 13848 so saying December 18th is "The Happening" is setting a lot of people up for heartbreak. We really just have to wait and see.

I'm just going to start pasting my comment from earlier in every post like this I see.

"Says the insert comment here"

Broken record is broken. Just keep making word salad sentences your mom thinks you're super smart.

Did the talking heads tell you to say that too? Not a single unique thought in your head. Bless your heart.

The vaccine is not 100% effective, no vaccine is. You could absolutely get the vaccine and still get sick. Until enough people have antibodies from getting the disease themselves or from getting the vaccine we won't achieve herd immunity.

The fact that the vaccine ALSO lessens the impact of COVID is a bonus.

I was hoping Texas was going to send a thousand electors and just say "we changed our rules, do something about it".

They aren't THAT effective. They work, they're just not as effective as some things like mechanical ventilation of the room. The mask I wear isn't designed by China.

Oh is it January 6th already? I must have slept right through Christmas.

Either that or OP doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

I have a cousin who had a stroke from it. An old friend who died from it. The disease is real, just not very deadly to non-elderly.

I wear a mask in public because although they aren’t super effective I don’t want to spread it. Just like I wouldn’t want to spread the flu and kill an old person.

Was it manufactured by China to justify absentee voting and divide America? Possibly. Does that stop me from wanting to spread it? No.

Too early to tell. Wait for January 6th.

There is no legal definition of an "official" elector vote, governor's signature or not.

1
Bundabar 1 point ago +1 / -0

No. Pence is supposed to count the official vote but there is no definition of “official”.
