It allows Trump to present SCOTUS all the evidence of fraud that was denied in lower courts. So from what I gather, if a judge does not listen to evidence, plaintiffs cannot take it to SCOTUS. However, because this is an entirely different, new case, (the Texas case) all amici brigae and intervened cases can present supporting evidence and bring new complaints with evidence along side.

Very interesting...sounds like, elites are starting to realize what is happening and the elites in US are blind. Their political machine has become erratic and miscalculated a lot of chess moves, saudis know this.

Not a lawyer. But from what I gather from the rest of the Pedes, and a few lawyer Pedes, it seems that because he hasn't been able to present any evidence at all in the lower courts (not by merits of the allegation) it will be like presenting the evidence for the first time to a judge. This was a brilliant move because if say, he was able to present evidence in lower courts and judges ruled against them by actual merits, then this process would've been drawn out and litigated through appellate courts and would never see the light of day.
