Rule of law exists so citizens know the laws and breaking them is a decision. This guy is facing 10 years in jail for posting a meme 5 years ago. They're charging him with "domestic extremism" or "conspiracy", two incredibly vague charges. The law can be what ever they want because of how vague it is. If you haven't deleted your social media accounts yet, you might want to. I don't know what the solution is, but this directly conflicts with everything I learned about rule of law in grad school, I'm actually looking for my old professor's email address to get her opinion on this stuff.
To be fair, Bush senior was not a career CIA guy, he was a brief political appointed head of the CIA. He wasn’t a spook. I’m very surprised by W Bush’s stances post presidency. I think he hates Trump because of Jeb. For someone who got called a war criminal and ridiculously accused of orchestrating 9/11 for decades by conspiracists, you’d think he would be bothered by the way the Democrats constantly try to pin Trump as a “white supremacist”, or by how Twitter is censoring Q people, who should have every right to be crazy (sorry) and post their silly beliefs on social media the same way we had to endure claims that steel beams can’t melt or buckle from jet fuel-accelerated fires and how covert, clandestine construction teams set up a controlled demolition of the towers months in advance. That rhetoric was inflammatory and potentially dangerous, yet we debated them and made them look stupid— such is the American way, not censoring them and making them more extreme.
Most officers support citizens carrying, go into the law enforcement reddit and post a thread asking "what is your stance on citizens carrying?". Not being combative, I just know the majority of police officers I have heard from support citizens carrying.

Out of curiosity, what do you think is going to happen that overturns the election and makes our candidate win a 2nd term? Believe me, I wanted that more than anything, but the moment the cases started getting rejected by everyone, I accepted reality. I firmly believe universal mail in voting introduced massive cheating, but unfortunately the things I consider cheating (i.e. ballot curing, ballot harvesting, etc.) are all legal in many states and undoing those sorts of things would be the only way to overturn the election. We allowed all of this to happen and we knew it would, so we (the RNC and whoever else) have no one to blame but ourselves.

Do you really think he's not going to leave the white house? I was one of the first hundred thousand to sign up for his campaign's text system in 2016 and have been a member of TD since then, but I am not delusional that the Democrats cheated to take advantage of a global pandemic to game the election to and it's not going to be overturned. I blame Barr and everyone else who sat by idly as states around the country started implementing "universal mail in voting" everywhere. I remember sitting there in May or June and saying to my parents that they're going to cheat to win the election--- Barr said as much in a 1 October interview with Wolf Blitzer, yet did nothing to prevent it.

The problem is none of these peripheral people matter, the only thing that matters is if we win in the supreme court. We all know that the numbers indicate serious irregularities, especially in the battleground states that did not finish counting on November 3rd. The issue is proving it and making the courts agree.
Yeah, it was like wack-a-mole in states with Democrat governors and the federal government could only contest it in the courts and complain publicly.
The problem was once the idea was floated nationally, individual states started changing their laws to put the universal ballot policies in place and all they could do is file lawsuits to stop it, which they did. Even Bill Barr went on Wolf Blitzer's show and was saying how it was going to be filled with fraud-- not even the AG had the power to stop these states from going rogue. Individual states should not be able to set their own standards weeks before a NATIONAL election. Dixville Notch should vote no differently than how I vote here in Florida and so fourth.

He was fired because he couldn't stop talking to the press/leaking unintentionally. He loves the attention, so having a podcast is the perfect thing for him. He has Trump's best interest in mind, but he couldn't help himself from going to the media.
If someone claims to be part of the intelligence community and is making hard to believe claims, they're probably lying. This guy is doing exactly what the Long Island Medium does... "I'm sensing someone has a strong connection to a bracelet... anybody have a strong connection to a bracelet? No? Maybe it was a ring.... anybody? Your mother told me to tell you it's not your fault, she loves you!". It's all just wild guessing with no accountability because like with mediums, no one can prove you're not legit. By the time these did not occur, people were already on to the next thing and the person will make another fake claim next week.
We're talking about a party who is convincing Californians to move to Georgia for the sake of voting in an election, they don't care about accusations of impropriety, they feel like they've already won. God knows why Bill Barr raised hell to Wolf Blitzer on October 2nd about universal mail in ballots being susceptible to massive voter fraud before doing nothing about it leading up to the election.
Keep in mind that I am exhausted of having these discussions and will not be following up my statement if you reply. Communism has never and can never be implemented "properly" because human nature is to ingratiate oneself. What has always ended up happening is the people live one lifestyle, and the leaders/upper echelon live another. At the same time, the leaders have limited information and make market decisions for which there is no possible way for them to arrive at an accurate forecast. With a group of central planners, THEY decide if you get blue jeans or some other article of clothing they determine to be more practical. There is no individualism, no spontaneous markets, no liberty, but there is rampant corruption with no way to avoid it. When the people get fed up with the double standard and the reduced standard of living, they revolt and the state clamps down. No foreign goods are allowed for the common folk, while those in charge decorate their houses with foreign products and dress their children in foreign clothing, while drinking foreign wine.
Every company should not be able to get involved in telling people to go out and vote while their CEO or founder is out contributing 500 million dollars to a particular party. The media downright refused to cover anything positive on our candidate, including the nomination of a supreme court justice. They then sealed the deal by censoring any mention of conservative achievements or ideology on social media, effectively suppressing information from the American people. The ONLY message they covered this past year has been COVID, building a steady drumbeat to the election favoring one candidate over the other. Every institution in this country suppressed our candidate and DESPITE that, we earned 70 million+ votes. Something is seriously wrong with our system.
