This was hard to watch. The kid did a great job and the teacher didn't even try to listen. No wonder most of the kids come out brainwashed. If I had kids, I would be scurrying around trying to find a school for them that wasn't teaching false propaganda. For our countries sake, let's hope there are many more kids like him.

If you resist arrest on the officers body camera, you spend a year in jail, before any other issues are addressed, no court, no lawyers. This would allow the media to focus on something else and show some respect for officers and the risk they take everyday. And quit allowing criminals to look like victims when they always start all these incidents. People who obey laws are the victims.

We are starting to understand as a country that video isn't indisputable truth. But the media has been narrating everything. If our media keeps selling propaganda, they will have to be removed before we can unite our country.

In years before 2015, I don't think we would see the thin blue line folding on him like this time. I don't think there are many on the jury who will defend him, but there is a chance for a few.
I am really looking forward to the medical examiner's direct and cross examination. I think the outcome will be determined at this point in the trial. With two different reports, the lawyers will really earn their money here. Sort of like the exchange on the dilated eyes meaning that happened already.
While I hope he is 100% not guilty, I doubt he will get that verdict. I think best case guess is guilty and pay a fine only for manslaughter with no jail time. Most likely case is 8-10 years, serving 4 or 5.
He seems to be representing himself well in the trial, taking notes, not looking angry or unhinged. His demeanor may help.
If you phrase the question, what else could have killed him, it's easy to find possible reasons. If you are looking to find blame, and think this is about police brutality of black men, then you might be looking to send a message. I think the judge needs to really dial in the fact that this is only a trial of the evidence presented here and try not to let the jurors try to decide based on outside issues or other cases.

Yeah, I see what you mean. Do you see any scenarios where we group together among similar ideologies geographically? Or any forms of chosen segregation such as taking back our ability to educate our kids without critical race theory. Or taxation without supporting undefinable goals such as climate change or systemic racism.

I agree we are in serious times, with the left controlling schools, TV Media, Newspapers, Social Media, Colleges and the scary part is if we have lost the justice department, courts, the executive branch. I still have a small hope that we can co-exist. However, I see the destruction of country with the left ideas and policies. I have visions of left physical states and right physical states. I think its rational that people who have had the vaccine shouldn't be required to wear masks, and a piece of paper proving that is easy to accommodate.
I agree that the left seems to want this to go on forever. And I don't think they are reasonable.

While I believe there has been a tremendous amount of nonsense and lying about the virus. I don't believe any of the lockdowns or mask should have happened at all. However, I do believe in a small percentage of cases, the virus has been very difficult for people and killed many. I don't believe it has killed 550K in the US, but looking at the world it is had some consequences. Thus, my decision wasn't about the media narrative, but I am not anti-vaxer. So, I am getting vaccinated. And I mostly want the world to return to normal and if the vaccine is the way to get there, I am all for it. Part of normal is not having people at every store in town tell me to pull my mask up over my nose.
